How long does shipping take?
Delivery times differ based on your location.
Additionally, product availability plays a significant role. Certain items may be stored in partner warehouses, which can result in your order being shipped in several packages and may extend the preparation period. If an item isn’t in the designated warehouse, we will make every effort to source it from other warehouses in different regions or countries. Consequently, some products might arrive earlier than anticipated, while others may require more time. We genuinely value your patience during such instances.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. In reality, most of our customers do not face issues, as small packages and items of minimal value typically do not incur customs duties. However, if any fees arise, it will be your responsibility to resolve them. It is advisable for you to familiarize yourself with the customs regulations in your country.
